It’s a known fact that Katrina Kaif and Salman Khan are inseparable and are like the best buddies in the industry. Well, Katrina and Shahrukh Khan are also good friends. Now the question is, can this beauty turn the foe Khans to friends???

Kats will be seen with Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan, in two separate films. Now that she would have to work closely with both the Khan’s, her fans are expecting a little too much from her. Well, let’s see what Kats has to say about it…

“They both are my co-stars for different films and at the end of the day we go to our respective houses. It (their enmity) does not have any impact on me. And I am glad that I am working with two senior…respected professionals in the industry. I think they can handle whatever their equation is between them. I am not common between the two,” Katrina said in an interview.

When the actress was asked if she would like to see the two patch up, she said, “It is hardly my place. I don’t think it is my responsibility.”

Sigh! We wonder who can help the two foes turn friends!!!

Bollywood actor Salman Khan was Tuesday directed by a court in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur city to present himself before it Sep 20 in connection with his appeal against his conviction in a poaching case.

Salman was sentenced to one-year imprisonment for killing a blackbuck and a chinkara (gazelle) in Bhawad village near Jodhpur Sep 26, 1998. The sentence was handed down by a Jodhpur court Feb 17, 2006.

The court had found Salman guilty under Section 51 of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. After his conviction, he spent three nights in Jodhpur Central Jail before the district and sessions court granted him bail.

Salman filed an appeal against the conviction March 9, 2006.

On Tuesday, District and Sessions Judge (Metropolitan) B.L. Sharma adjourned the hearing till Sep 20.

Public Prosecutor Ramsukh Sharma said that Salman had not presented himself before the court even once since the hearing began on the appeal.

“We argued that Salman could not get exemption from his presence always,” said Sharma.

On the other hand, Salman’s counsel sought exemption from his presence, saying that it could lead to law and order situation as the actor has a huge fan following.

The court rejected the argument and said hearing would be conducted on regular basis from Sep 20.

Salman and seven others were accused of killing a blackbuck and a chinkara in two separate incidents. One of the animals was killed at Bhawad on the outskirts of Jodhpur Sep 26, 1998, and the other at Ghoda Farms Sep 28, 1998.

At that time, Salman and other actors were shooting for the film “Hum Saath Saath Hain”.

After break-up, Salman Khan shares a very comfortable relationship with his ex-flame Katrina Kaif. Kat owes a lot to Salman and for the sake of Sallu and his family, she shoots an item number for his upcoming film, ‘Bodygurad’ for free. In the second half of the song "Aaya re aaya bodyguard', the actress need to blow whistle but she fail to blow a whistle.

Guess, who came to Katrina’s rescue. It is none other than Sallu Bhai. It was Salman who blew the whistle for Katrina in the song.

Well, Salman and Katrina has showed a rare example to remain as friends even after split-up.
